In the Plant Science Laboratory, students study the morphology and anatomy of vegetative and reproductive organs of plants. To examine plant tissues, samples are prepared using manual cutting technique and viewed under a microscope. There are also a large number of ready-made slides of all plant tissues and organs that students, after seeing the samples prepared by themselves, use these slides for more detailed studies.
